Pricing
A label carries the catalogue number and the price on the sleeve. The same rule runs here: £400 for the Sprint, from £600 a month for the retainer, agreed in writing before any work starts.
A pressing is a fixed object you can hold, not a quote that moves. There is no third tier and no enterprise conversation.

How the retainer figure is set
What sets your monthly figure
The floor of £600 a month FIXED reflects the minimum honest amount of time a site needs to move. Below that I would be selling attention I am not actually giving.
Above the floor, the figure moves on three things: how many pages the site has, how many distinct sectors or service areas you sell into, and whether I am shipping changes myself or specifying them for your developer.
You get the number in writing after I have looked at the site, not before. Quoting a price without seeing the site is guessing. The guess is always in the agency's favour.
What I will not sell you
- Guaranteed rankings
- No mechanism exists to deliver them. Anyone selling them is selling either luck or a term nobody searches for.
- Bought links
- It breaches Google's guidelines and puts the site at risk of a penalty you then pay someone else to lift.
- A twelve month contract
- Month to month, always. If the work is worth having you will keep it.
- A reporting dashboard as the deliverable
- Reports describe work. They are not the work. They should never be most of what you are paying for.
What a month actually costs you in attention
Roughly an hour. One short call or email exchange to confirm priorities, and a look at the end of month note.
If a supplier needs several hours of your time each month to function, you are subsidising their process. That is worth checking before you sign anything, here or anywhere.
Common questions
Why is the retainer a floor rather than a fixed price?
Because a five page trade site and a two hundred page manufacturer site are not the same amount of work. £600 a month is the point below which I cannot do the job properly. The actual figure is quoted in writing after I have looked at your site.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. It runs month to month and you can stop at the end of any month. Tying people in tends to be a way of retaining clients who would otherwise leave, which is a problem worth fixing rather than contracting around.
Do I have to do the Sprint before the retainer?
No, but most people should. It is the cheapest way to find out whether the problem is worth £600 a month of attention. If you go straight to the retainer the same baseline work happens in month one anyway.
What is not included at any price?
Paid advertising management, link buying, social media management and website hosting. Some of those I do not do, and one of them I will not do because it puts the site at risk.
Are there any setup fees or extras?
No. The Sprint is £400 and the retainer is a monthly figure agreed in writing. Neither has an onboarding charge, a reporting charge or a tool licence passed on to you.
Start with the cheap one
The Sprint exists so you can find out whether any of this is worth doing before committing to a monthly figure.
